Job Post Analyzer
Paste a job post. We read every requirement in it and show you which ones a screener could actually assess a candidate against, and which ones they would have to guess at.
What this looks at
Most job posts describe a role accurately and still cannot be hired from. A line like "experience with Kubernetes" reads as a requirement, but the person who has run it in production for years and the person who followed a tutorial both write it the same way, and the post treats them as the same applicant. When a shortlist gets built out of requirements like that, it gets built on whoever interviewed most confidently.
The analyzer goes through the post one requirement at a time and shows you which applicants each one fails to tell apart. It also flags the places where a post contradicts itself outright, and what all of it does to your roadmap and to the decisions the person you hire will end up making.
