Operator-built, bootstrapped, in it for the long run.

Continuity1 is bootstrapped and founder-built by Gurkanwal Kalsi. Over 20+ years he has built and run technology and operations for 20+ Fortune 500s and 50+ smaller companies, including several financial platforms that scaled profitably.

That operator background is why Gateway is shaped like a function you can actually run rather than a tool you have to babysit. Every part of it was built because we needed it first.

We are not in a hurry to look bigger than we are. Across 40+ engagements we have learned what reliably turns a shortlist into a hire, and we keep folding that back into the product. Over the next several years we are building toward a verified talent network, one honest step at a time.
